Please make sure you have the original invoice number, date of receipt and battery part number.

All our batteries will include a warranty (duration will depend on battery type) that provides coverage for manufacturing and material defects.

If you have a faulty battery and you believe it qualifies under the warranty conditions, please note the following points:

Returning the battery for inspection is standard procedure for all warranty claims. This allows us to confirm any faults and submit the required information to the manufacturer.

As stated in the pop-ups and Terms and Conditions on our website, if your battery is found to be faulty, we can send you a replacement after the battery has been returned to us for testing.

Testing can take up to 48 hours, depending on the battery's condition and size.

If a manufacturing defect is identified and is within the prescribed warranty period, a replacement battery will be provided free of charge.

If no manufacturing defect is found, we will notify you and return the battery.

A report detailing the test results will be sent to you.

Our Operating hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
